Q.) What is the Delivery Fee?

A.) The standard delivery fee is $4.89. Most deliveries are covered in this range with a few exceptions if you are located in an extended delivery area. Delivery price is set based on your address to the restaurant.

Q.) What is the Delivery Radius?

A.) We coodinate delivery to the entire 14850 (Ithaca) zip code. Seasonal delivery to the 14882 (Lansing) zip code is available May 1st through October 31st. 

Q.) How Do I Place an Order?

A.) You can place your order online or using the Ithaca To Go app. We are happy to answer any questions you may have using our online chat!

Q.) Is there a Minimum Order?

A.) Standard deliveries require a $15.00 minimum order. Take out orders require no minimum order. Some extended delivery areas may require a higher minimum order depending on distance from the restaurant to your address.

Q.) What Type of Payments Do You Accept?

A.) We accept cash, City Bucks and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). Personal checks are not accepted. 

Q.) How Long Does Delivery Take?

A.) Ithaca To Go aranges service within 35 - 45 minutes for all standard deliveries. This time frame may vary depending on factors such as traffic and food preparation times. Partnered delivery professionals do their best to minimize delays and greatly appreciate your patience. 

Q.) Can I Order Drinks?

A.) Yes! Ithaca To Go offers a variety of beverage options including soft drinks and bottled water. Complete your meal by selecting 'Drinks' on the left hand side when placing your order. 

Q.) Should I Tip My Driver?

A.) Absolutely! Gratuity is not included and your partnered delivery professionals work hard so please consider their efforts and tip accordingly. Standard delivery gratuity is 15%-20%.

Q.) Do you offer catering?

A.) Yes! Ithaca To Go offers specialized catering menus from many of our restaurant partners for catering and large group orders. All of our restaurant partners can also accomodate large orders with advance notice.
